This Privacy Policy explains how AutoReach AI collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you connect your accounts and use our social automation services.

A. Information We Collect

• Account Profile Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and billing details.
• Third-Party Integration Tokens: To post on your behalf, we store authentication tokens and page credentials for linked services (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile).
• Content Data: We store posts, campaigns, messages, and review logs created within your dashboard.
• Usage Analytics: Information regarding how you navigate the platform to help improve speed and security.

B. How We Use Your Data

We process data solely to execute the automation services you trigger: scheduling posts, replying to comments, tracking rankings, generating AI suggestions, and delivering local visibility audits.

C. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms

AutoReach AI complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, Meta Developer Policies, and LinkedIn Terms of Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Terms of Service

By registering an account on AutoReach AI (app.autoreachai.com) and utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

A. Permitted Use

You agree to use AutoReach AI only for lawful purposes. You must not schedule spam, offensive content, malicious scripts, or violate the developer terms of any linked social network. Violation of social network terms may result in account termination.

B. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Billing & Refund Policy

We offer transparent, simple billing terms to keep you in control of your subscriptions.

A. Free Trials

AutoReach AI provides a 14-day free trial for all plans. We do not collect credit card details up front. If you decide not to purchase a subscription, your trial will expire automatically without any charges.

B. Subscriptions & Refunds

Payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Due to the digital nature of AI credits and API usage, refunds are not issued for partial months, though we review individual cases upon request.

4. Data Deletion & Revocation

We believe in complete user data control.

If you wish to delete your stored content data, account, or revoke API access tokens, you can do so immediately from the Settings tab in your dashboard. Alternatively, you can email your request to autoreachai2026@gmail.com, and our team will erase all personal records and credentials inside 48 hours.
